The Supple Group is a multi-concept/multi-unit restaurant and hospitality group. Originally founded in the late 1960’s it is a privately owned, second generation, family operated business. The group consists of its own independent restaurant concepts, national restaurant franchises, and national hotel franchises. The majority of properties are owned and operated by the group, in addition there is a division that handles management contracts to oversee and operate other private hospitality endeavors.

The group employs over 600 employees and has a wealth of knowledge from current and past projects including; multiple award winning restaurants and breweries, hotel and banquet management, and high volume catering venues.

The Supple Group has been recognized with cover stories in Food and Drink Magazine, Marketplace Magazine and Women Magazine, as Wisconsin Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Marian College, and Small Business of the Year by both the Appleton Post Crescent and the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce. The restaurants have been recipients of Corporate Franchise Awards including Franchise of the Year, Quality and Service Standards, Multiple Wine Spectator Awards, Santé Awards, Wine Enthusiast Awards, and Great American Beer Festival Awards.
